Strategic G2G Dialogue Explores Industrial Park Concessions and Supply Chain Integration in West Africa

Under the auspices of the ACCBCF International Cooperation Department, a multilateral ministerial roundtable brought together trade representatives and leading Chinese industrial park developers. The dialogue centered on establishing standardized concession models that protect sovereign interests while offering long-term policy certainty to industrial tenants.
Discussions addressed the harmonization of customs procedures under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) framework, local currency liquidity mechanisms, and dedicated power tariffs for manufacturing zones. Three bilateral project pre-feasibility agreements were signed, covering agro-industrial hubs and light manufacturing assembly corridors.
